Using my skills as a Registered Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Salesperson, I will consult and advise home buyers in the purchase and sale of residential real estate. I will generate comparative market analyses for sellers and property review lists for buyers using First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GA-MLS) and other sources. I will personally coordinate and attend property inspections, open-houses and transaction closings. As an appraiser, I will provide exhaustive property drawings and detailed analyses. Because providing excellent customer service is my ultimate goal, I will work tirelessly until you are satisfied.
